You may change the address, name or phone number on your account at any time.

To request address and phone number change:
Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-945-8000 or email. Please specify if the address is for garaging and billing or billing only.

To request a name change, a legal document such as a marriage certificate, divorce decree or other legal document, will be required. This information can be faxed to 615-315-6640 or mailed to our correspondence address:
