PRIMUS Financial Services offers you convenience and flexibility in managing your account. Our Account Access service is provided free of charge to all existing PRIMUS Financial Services retail and lease customers.

Register now for Account Access and have the ability to access your account twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. You will have secure access to:

  • Change your address, telephone or email address.
  • Order a new invoice.
  • Order a printed summary of account activity.
  • View your payment history.
  • Obtain balance/payoff information.
  • Enroll in an electronic payment plan.


Here is some additional information about other important services that you may need:

CHOOSE FROM A VARIETY OF PAYMENT METHODS

Electronic Payment Methods
Save postage fees, avoid writing checks, mail delays and late charges by using one of our convenient electonic payment methods.
  • Auto Debit - our automated plan allowing you to schedule payments to be electronically withdrawn from your checking or savings account.
  • E-Bill - our secure internet bill presentment and payment service for retail and lease customers.
  • Telephone Payments - Make your monthly payment using the telephone by calling this toll-free number 1-888-276-0867. To utilize this service you will need your Customer Account Number, the last 4 digits of the Primary account holder's Social Security number and your banking information. The call is toll free and you will be charged a modest fee per transaction. Read the Discolsure Statement and retain a copy for your records.

WESTERN UNION QUICK COLLECT

This service allows you to "wire" a payment/payoff to PRIMUS Financial Services for same day posting (if received prior to 5:00 p.m. Central Time). Western Union will accept cash only and will charge a fee for this service. Click here for additional details

Mail
PRIMUS Financial Services customers should mail their vehicle payments to the address listed in the payment remittance section of their invoice. Payments are processed more efficiently when accompanied by the detachable part of your invoice and mailed in the provided envelope. Please write your account number on your check or money order and make it payable to PRIMUS Financial Services.
